Findings: Almost half of the subscribers to The Cattleman also read Progressive Farmer and about a third read Livestock Weekly.

Findings: About three out of five subscribers to The Cattleman read trade publications and about half of them listen to agricultural programs on radio. About two out of five report using television for agricultural information. Far fewer use an electronic information service or the Internet.

More than half of the subscribers who read trade publications say they have made purchases from advertisements. While subscribers use radio and television for agricultural information, few recall having purchased a specific agricultural product or service from advertisements.
